Anet email: Game account creation complete! - Guild Wars Forums

I got this email just now from NCsoft Support ([email protected]):

Now, I don't remember even having been to the NCsoft website for months. Last time was for the free Xunlai tab... Is this a fake? It wasn't even signed with the usual Anet/NCsoft signature... Should I worry?
Or could it be an Aion beta testing thing? (which I did apply for, but that was months ago!)

I received mines also this morning.

I thought it was with me requesting a cancellation of Aion with ncsofts way that digital guys are out of the loop.

Ahh well I fired one straight back saying why this when im cancelling ,

Looks like I jumped the gun the gun there lol

I believe it is from/for people who engadged in the AION beta. As you had to create a beta-account, so its pretty much and email saying "hey when you get your retail key put it on the account!"

I cancelled my preorder awhile ago so I was initially WTF'ing all over untill I realised that they probably dont know I cancelled, along with the rest who cancelled.

It is for AION, and not Guild Wars, which was discussed on the gwg2 forums. Since this is not about Guild Wars.
